TULA is an ancient Sanskrit word that means “Balance”. Resilience formed by nature, it is the existence of our true nature being stable and relaxed, allowing us to stay calm regardless of the myriad of changes in the world around us

Meet The Team
A well-rounded International Wellness Specialist who has been extensively dedicated to the field of holistic wellness for more than 20 years. She combines western physiology and aromatherapy with Traditional Chinese medicine, Indian Ayurveda philosophy & yogic wisdom.
We encourage you to actively communicate and engage with her during the workshops she leads. We believe you will gain valuable knowledge on mindfulness skills.
I am Dewi Arum, your yoga teacher and wellness coordinator at Tula by The Amala. As an experienced teacher in ashtanga, hatha, vinyasa, and yin yoga, I like to customized my class as your body needs. Combined with meditation practice, expect to experience mindfull yoga from breathing exercise sensation to energizing body movement. If you plan to indulge yourself with frequency, you are welcome to assign at my sound healing session, expect to experience vibration deeper inside your tissues. Moreover, as tea enthusiast I would love to share our tea ceremony with you, expect the sensory journey from your mouth expanding throughout your body. From the bottom of my heart, welcome to Tula Wellness by The Amala, I look forward to guide you through my sessions.
Laying the foundation for a lifelong fitness passion in 1992 along with a background in Physical Education until 1998, he seamlessly transitioned into a role as a professional fitness trainer. By 2010, he expanded his expertise to pilates and transformative practice of Hatha yoga in 2015.
His commitment to deepening his knowledge led him to complete a rigorous 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, following the SCB Syllabus at Wellness Center Surya Chandra Bhuana in 2024.
